The Top Hat Retirement Plans are a flexible link between you and your employees. It is intended for employers seeking the interest of their foremost workers and allows companies to make payments on behalf of one or more employees, to provide funds for a retirement pension between the ages of 50 and 70. The Plans are available in two forms; the Top Hat Elite and the Top Hat Executive and both give the option of investing in two funds, the Original Fund and the International Fund

The Top Hat Elite is a personal financial plan, which you, the Employer, can adjust to suit the needs of your employees. The eligibility of employees is left to the discretion of the Employer, subject to the employees being at least 50 years old on their last birthday with a maximum age limit of 68 years.

Top Hat Executive is a contract that is effected by the Employer on behalf of employees. The Employer chooses which members of its organization are eligible. Employees must be at least 18 years of age at their last birthday, with the maximum age limit being two years prior to the selected retirement age.
